City 12 Leonia

From what I gathered Leonia is a city that generates a lot of waste by replacing old equipment as soon as a new one is made. The waste piles up to create mountain like piles of waste.To reflect this I drew mountains based of the kind that would be seen snow skein. The inhabitants striked me as being stuck up as they always need the latest products so I based there houses after mansions. 77 is of a withering flower as the pollution from the garbage guarantees no plants will be able to grow properly.
