City 6 Esmeralda

Esmeralda was a strange city being described to have intersecting streets and canals that are zig zags as well as having an upper level with stairs and bridges. Suffice to say I found this one very challenging to illustrate. In 40 I just tried to draw the intersecting streets and canals with a traffic light to start, in 41 and 42 I introduced the upper level from different perspectives leading into 43 that was just off the top level. The city was described to have a sewer system underneath which was what I tried to draw in 45 and 46.
